Hello from the depths of neurodivnity. Today is one of those haunting, unexpected low days.

Where even sitting at my computer alone in the house with good music is completely out of the question.

My eyes seem to glossy over and my brain can’t keep track.

With the irony being that I very much want to work 😅

It’s a place where you have to put down the expectations of business as usual and honor your body (which sounds lovely, but it’s truly overwhelming when you know what type of catch up you have to do later)

I know we all have days where work is hard, but this unique style of challenge is reserved for only some of us.

Because I have learned that many people, although tired or kind of rundown, still totally can sit and close out their workday. It’s this funny thing where we seem to be using the same language because of course, that is the English language… “ rundown “, “ tired “, “ foggy “, “headache”….but we are literally describing very different experiences.
