From this initial session I took away a feeling of faith in myself as a creator and a trust in the process of creation. I felt inspired, despite my previous feeling of hopeless due to my creative process feeling so chaotic. Elyna gave me a feeling that Ocean process was normal rather than a problem. Elyna was very skilled at grounding and focus what feels like “my chaos.” I now had a path to follow, or at least one lilly pad forward rather than just complete darkness.
